This has been my personal watch, and I just unpaired it / unlocked it, and reset back to factory settings. I used this on the Sprint / T-Mobile Network but I think it's compatible with AT&T and Verizon, etc.

There's a very small nick on the center of the bottom edge of the case near the glass, and the rear sensor glass has some scuffs from being in contact with the metal bracelet when not wearing, but what you see in the photos are not cracks. Looks worse in the photos than in real life. The rear scuffs are not deep and I can barely feel them if I run my fingernail over top. Does not affect the performance of the sensors.
