We ship international orders by SpeedPAK from Shenzhen Warehouse. It normally takes 7-12 business days to reach the recipient depending on the location.

We will ship the products within 1 business day after clearance of payment.  

Attention:

• Confirmed your address when you order. We can NOT correct the address once we send out package.

1. Unconditional Return within 30 Days
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. 

2. Manufacturer's warranty within 1 year:
All our items are brand new. We provide one year warranty for all our products from the date of purchase. 

Attention:

1. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee; we will pay for sending the item back to customer.

2. We suggest that ask professional to install products and contact us when installing issue happened. However, we are not responsible for installing or uninstalling.

Our office hours is from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm Hong Kong time (18:00 pm - 03:00 am US Time), and we will try to answer your mail within 24 hours except Weekends and public holidays.

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs duty, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the package until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
