Another dress I outgrew before I got to wear.  

The top is fitted. The outer straps are adjustable and can be crossed if desired. 

Waist is about 13 across

Chest about 15 across 

Length was a little difficult to measure because of the straps and where the dress will fit but it’s approximately 60im length, again depending on how high/low dress sits.
