Where a warranty fault has been recognized and accepted by CCPG, shipping expenses will be refunded.
Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided where:
An item is damaged during delivery
The incorrect item was shipped
The item has a manufacturing fault
An item is not marked for Clearance
Replacement will be provided upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied excluding items marked for Clearance.
Exchanges will only be provided on products that are unused and in a salable condition (i.e. in original and undamaged packaging) excluding items marked for Clearance. Electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please review instructions on how to return an item here excluding items marked for Clearance.
For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by CCPG, the original shipping address will be used excluding items marked for Clearance.

CCPG is not responsible for any costs or down time incurred by a manufacturing fault other than shipping expenses.

All returns must be pre-approved by the seller on Ebay messaging. All returns must have a Return for Credit or Warranty Claim form supplied by CCPG. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the goods. Remorse Returns If you have changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong part and wish to return it, you must have prior authorisation from the seller. Refunds for Remorse Returns are at the sole discretion of the seller. A request must be made within 30 days of the goods being dispatched and a Return Authority form must be obtained from the seller and returned with a copy of the invoice and the goods.
