Set of 2 English Sterling Silver Berry Serving Spoon with Gold Wash Bowls & Figural Berries Marked William Eley & William Fearn Made 1821

Presented is a set of 2 detailed elegant sterling silver berry spoons with figural berries and leaves and a great engraved bright cut decoration on the handles; one with a shield cameo and one with an oval, with no monogram. The have flared shoulders, short back mid-dribs and modeled drops. They are hallmarked for English sterling silver made in London by William Eley & William Fearn with a date mark for silver made in 1821. I have posted a picture of my research in the photos above. They are in beautiful condition with no dents or dings, some loss of gold wash in the bowl more in one than the other, no monogram or dedication, and some fine scratches from gentle use and care. They are excellent pieces for the silver collector as well as a great addition to almost any table service or setting.

Weight: 5.3 ounces on my postal scale or 149 grams for both

Marks: hallmarked for English sterling silver made in London by William Eley & William Fearn with a date mark for silver made in 1821.

Condition: no dents or dings, some loss of gold wash more on one than the other, no monogram, some scratches from gentle use and care
