NOTE: Ebay is not a traditional Retailer such as Walma ... Sear ... Harbor ... Amaz ... or others where shoppers rate products. On eBay you're rating REAL people, based on your shopping experience on eBay. Many buyers don't seem to understand this, choosing not to leave feedback at all. I can respect that, but please also understand that I appreciate receiving feedback from you after a transaction has completed (upon receipt of your item from me). As soon as I receive my feedback I'll promptly respond in your own feedback profile to let everyone know what a great eBayer you are! 

If you have a problem with an item, please contact me ASAP and I'll work with you to find a solution. I generally do not allow returns on used items with photos & accurate descriptions. Buyer always pays return shipping if a return is required! Thank you.
