This is an exquisite painting on glass of Persian hunters on horseback in a field with deer. The hunters are using spears and swords. The colors are vivid in shades of black, orange, red, green, gray and yellow. This painting comes matted and in original frame. Since it is in its original frame we cannot see what may be behind the picture, however it does not appear to be signed. This is a beautiful piece of art that would grace any home. This appears to be oil on camel bone.
The un-matted painting is 6 7/8" by 4 7/8". The frame is 16" by 14" by 7/8"
The painting is in excellent condition, as the matting and glass frame have protected it. The frame is in fair condition with nicks and scratches as shown in the photos.
