PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept all payment methods. If you intend to collect the item from us we would also accept cash on collection.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Item will be dispatched within two working days of receiving full payment unless otherwise stated in listing. Working days are  Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm. If you purchase an item after 5pm it will not be processed until the next day. 

Price quoted is for UK Mainland only and includes packaging and insurance. For other areas/overseas please use the eBay Global Shipping programme or contact us for a quote. 

 

If you are interested in several items please contact us, we may be able to combine postage and packaging cost depending on the weight/value of the items.

 

Our courier quotes a 2-4 day delivery service, this may take longer depending on time of year/sorting depots/delivery drivers. Please understand this is out of our control.

 

If you would prefer to collect from us you are welcome to do so, please contact us to arrange a convenient time/day.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your item please contact us in the first instance. Returns must be in the original condition and with all tags attached (if applicable) within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless we have sent you something different to what you have ordered.
