You are buying a new HO 1:87 Perterbilt 389 w/Tele-Trailer, Wind Turbine Blade - Tonkin/Herpa.  The tractor was produced by Tonkin - Trailer and Blade by Herpa.  This is an HO 1:87 scale model that measures approx. 17" L x 1-1/8" W x 2" T.  The trailer has pivoting wheels on the rear - see pic.  Tool a European unit, replaced the cab for US sale.
