For sale is a matching set of Two Art Nouveau Antique Dresser Jars made by Thomas Whitehouse of London.

The heavy crystal bases are formed into a Drape Pattern.

The Gold Washed Sterling Silver Lids have a Floral Repousse Pattern.  They are monogramed with the letters MEH.

The assay marks of T.W, Lion, Uncrowned Leopard, and letter Q in a shield date the pieces to 1891.

The oval box is 2 1/2" by 1 1/2" and is 3 1/4" tall.

The round box is 1 5/8" across at the lid and 3 1/2" tall.

The oval box has a hinged lid that pops up after pressing a button.

The lid has cork packing under a brown panel and metal plate with ALLEN STRAND #37.

The round box has a screw on lid with cork packing and metal plate.  There is a slight dent in the lid (see last photo).

The antique condition is excellent.
