Opened package containing an 12 inch vinyl Bill Elliott doll by Toy Biz, dated 1997.  12" Bill is dressed as a race car driver for NASCAR with McDonald's as a sponsor.  Included is a helmet, trophy cup, booklet and cap.  Item number 55043.  Bill has blue eyes, medium brown molded hair and painted facial features.  Special Edition.  Never removed from box.  No damages.
