1930s - 1940s Black Silk Velvet Pintucked Dress

This 30s - 40s dress is constructed of a black silk velvet fabric. 

It features a v-neck neckline, short sleeves, belted waistline, pintuck pleating on the waistline, and a midi length. 

Flaws: loose strings, tear and wear in velvet as pictured.
