All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to WatchesAndBeyond within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any item returned without an RMA is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The items being returned must be shipped back with insurance at the full value of the item being returned, at the customer’s expense.
