How to measure?

1. Waist 

Place the measuring tape around your waist,between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips.Hold it tightly breathe out, and take your measurement.

2. Hips

Your hips are the widest part of your butt, which usually matches with the bottom of your crotch. Hold the measuring tape tight, horizontally, and make sure it does not slide below your cheeks. Breathe out and take note of your measurement.

3. Inseam

The inseam is the distance from your crotch to your ankle. Try keeping your leg as straight as possible and note down your measurement.
