Savonarola Carved Lion Head Solid Wood Folding Chair.  In excellent condition.  it has been used as an accent chair in our home for years and hardly anyone has actually sat in it.  We have used it occasionally as an additional chair at our dining table.  It folds up very easily so it can be stored when not in use.  The lion carvings on the arms are really well done.  Every detail about this chair shows that it was done by a true craftsman.  While there are no markings on it, looking at other similar chairs from antique stores, we can assume it was made in Italy around the 1970's as a replica of other Savonarola chairs.  Antique  Italian  Designer Chair  Accent Chair  Craftsman Hand Carved Olive Wood
