Hi, there. This is a Class D amplifier board that I put into an Aluminum stomp box and wired up with inputs and outputs. I drilled holes for ventilation. The amplifier's fan does kick on periodically but is only on maybe 5-10% of the time, ime, so ventilation does work. Stomp box has rubber feet so it won't scratch your devices.

This amplifier board is rated for 100WPC. The power supply included powers this unit beautifully and the fan on the PSU pretty much never turns on, so not even breaking a sweat. I adjusted the output voltage on the Mean Well PSU to about 28VDC. PSU and amplifier are fully wired up, everything is plug and play. PSU has a ~10ft power cord and ~10ft wired DC jack for plugging into the amplifier.
