Original Beatles picture sleeve for Capitol 2138 Lady Madonna and Inner Light. No disc. Sleeve only. Some paper torn from the side edge - see pics - Front and back still together and holds a record well despite missing paper. Beyond that, just average user wear... The Inner Light side looks really good, barely detectable disc ring. Madonna side has a boo boo at the upper left corner and some ring wear. Again, see pics or ask Q. THANKS
