Got this 3/8" long pin punch with some other Machinist tools recently which I bought for Grandson    He don't need this punch

Previous owner worked in an industry that machined Titanium   Was used in Machine repair dept   Titanium is a light weight, low corrosion, high strength metal    NOTE  NOTE  I am only the messenger here   I have no way of verifying this material     Pic 2 Circled is weight of punch and any steel punch I assume would weight more than 7oz     Pic's 8-9  Punch diameter is .382  Handle is .800    Pic 1 Shows length of punch 12 inches   Note: No additional etching such as personal/company identification    This sold as is condition   No returns do to  not knowing material
