This unit is pre-owned. It had one owner before being decommissioned due to system upgrades. It was working at time of decommission and has not been used since. The unit is UNTESTED. The unit was plugged in and verified to power on and off without issue. The remote also works.

***However, it is being sold AS IS because we will NOT accept returns if the provider will not activate this unit.*** It does NOT come with a subscription card!***

It has some cosmetic wear from normal use such as scratches and scuffs, but is overall well maintained. This purchase includes the remote and user's guide. The remote does NOT include AA batteries, you will have to purchase those separately.
