Ceramic Snowman Head with Top Hat Lid and Scarf Candle Holder W/Candle

Candle has never been lit. Nose has a hairline crack at the base, so I'm guessing it may have broken off? Or it could just been part of the painting?

Approx measurements 5.5" tall x 5.25" wide at it widest (brim of hat)
