Moser Green Shaded Art Glass Footed Compote With Fingers Style Rim With Enamel.  It measures 5 5/8" across and 2 1/2" high.  It has hand worked "fingers" for a rim, very fancy work.  It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, only loss to the gold decor.
