Vintage Boys Red Velvet Vest shirt with Pocket Watch Applique Pocket Hankie 12M to 18M?

Vest is in very good condition from a smoke free home.  Tag has been cut so I don't know the size, see measurements.  Red is a deep red, looks a little lighter in pics.
