1920s J. Atkins Red Silk Chiffon Fringe Flapper Dress

This 20s dress is constructed of a bright red silk chiffon fabric. 

It features a scoop neckline, sleeveless cut, drop waist, rhinestone detailing, red fringe on the skirt and on the back. 

Flaws: torn shoulder, tears as pictured, light staining and fraying on fringe.
