Shipping is same day for orders paid by 10am UK time. After 10am we aim to dispatch until midday but may not manage all the time. If your order is urgent contact us and we will try our best to get it out. Shipping days are Monday to Friday. We do not ship at weekends.

Please be sure to provide a safe and trusted delivery address where someone is likely to be in to take postal deliveries. Items returned as not possible to deliver or not called for can be resent but postage will be charged again or, if refund made, will not include postage paid. Once an order has been signed for on a Royal Mail service it is nearly impossible to claim non delivery so please make sure your address is correct and accessible

Royal Mail 2nd Standard or 2nd class Signed For

  • Royal Mails service TARGET is 2-3 days from date of dispatch.
  • 2nd standard is the cheapest option but if the item is lost in transit it cannot be sent again or refunded.
  • 2nd class Signed For items that do not arrive can be resent after 15 working days.
  • 2nd Standard and Signed For CANNOT be location tracked while in transit. Only Special Delivery can be tracked.
  • With 2nd signed for a signature is taken upon delivery or record of failed attempted delivery is shown online allowing you to rearrange or collect from local depot.

Choose Royal Mail Delivery if you need it 100% fast or in transit tracking is important.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Does NOT deliver on Saturdays.
Insured, tracked next day service - before 1pm Monday-Friday delivery most of UK mainland. Saturday delivery can be arranged for orders placed after midday Thursday but costs extra. Please contact us for details.

If you need it fast or prefer a door to door tracked courier (Fedex, TNT etc) please request a price quote.

Otherwise standard delivery is by the Royal Mail options below which have no no delivery time guarantees - times quoted are targets.

Option 1 - Airmail Small packets - Cheaper but it is SLOWER and is NOT Tracked or insured airmail - CANNOT be sent again or refund given if does not arrive.

  • We offer this as we have been asked for it many times but we do not recommend it as best option.
  • ONLY choose this if you trust your local postal service and you are accept that there is a risk of it not being covered in the case of non-delivery.
  • Uninsured airmail cannot be resent or a refund given if it does not arrive.
  • When you choose this option you agree to this condition.

Option 2 - Best non courier option - Royal Mail Signed For Airmail - This is insured airmail. Best and most safe but costs more:

  • Royal Mail Signed for Airmail - On arrival in your country it is passed to your national postal service for final delivery to you or your local collection point.
  • This service tracked at least until it enters your country. At this point not all countries integrate with Royal Mail tracking codes so it may not be possible to location track once it arrives in your area.
  • A signature taken upon delivery or record of failed attempted delivery is shown online allowing you to rearrange or collect from local depot.
  • Signed for items that do not arrive can be resent or refunded after 1 month.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you are allowed to import this type of product. Products returned for reason of them not being allowed for import will not have postage refunded. Products lost for this reason will not be refunded as postal insurance refuses to cover non delivery for reason of import law restrictions. If in doubt, call your national customs service.

Please give us an address where someone is likely to be in to take postal deliveries. Items returned as not possible to deliver or not called for can be resent but postage will be charged again or, if refund made, will not include postage paid.

Guarantee, returns and refunds

Within 30 days
You can return a product for any reason within 30 days of arrival. Just return it unused, in the original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we?ll give you a refund, replacement or exchange against a different product.

So if  you have any doubts about a product on arrival please keep all packaging, seals and shrink-wrap intact and, if they are present, do not remove any labels, or tags and accessories.

When posting back please do not put tape or labels on the goods packaging.

If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange / refund request.

Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges and swaps
Exchanges and replacements are processed within 4 days unless the required product is unavailable. In such a case we will inform you as soon as possible of the expected delay in the product, any possible alternatives or offer a refund if there is no acceptable alternative.

You will have to pay the difference if the goods you require are more expensive than your original order and we will refund you any difference if the goods you require are any cheaper than your original order. You are however responsible for return postal costs. Any items are your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves. Once we have completed your exchange, we will notify you via email (where applicable). We will always send replacement goods to your original shipping address, unless notified otherwise.

Faulty or incorrect products
When you receive your order please inspect it immediately and advise us of any problems within the 30 day returns period.

Refunds or replacements are given upon original item receipt and inspection of original item.

After the returns period we will help if at all possible and advise you how to enact warranty provisions from us, the prime supplier or manufacturer.

Most items have manufacturer warranty. If the goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection immediately. If necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, which could take up to 28 days. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they are accompanied by a clear printed letter of explanation and a copy of proof of purchase. The cost of returning faulty goods is covered within the 30 day initial period. After 30 days it must be met by the buyer. Naturally any repaired or replaced goods will be  sent back to you free of any carriage charge.

Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed within 4 days (normally faster)
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done.

We adhere to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2014.

General Sales Policy

Contract: No contract is formed until you receive our confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched. Our acceptance of payment and our email confirm receipt of your order does not constitute the forming of a contract.

If you change your mind or can't afford the item please tell me and I will mutually agree to cancel - there will be no black mark against you but you must tell me or the unpaid item process will be started.

If you have a problem please let me know in advance and we can work things out. As you can see from my feedback I'm friendly and approachable and always understanding (I once waited 6 weeks for a payment as the buyer kept me informed of a change in circumstances. It was fine, just let me know!

My name is Nick Moseley, I started selling on eBay since March 2002. I started while out of work in preference to doing temp work. The when I got a job just kept it going part time. I started a company Nickwake and went full time in October 2005. I now live in Sweden and run the company with my parents who are based in Chepstow near Bristol (If you see product photos of scopes in the snow and products next to very large lakes...this is the Sweden bit.Beautiful place, well worth a visit especially if you hunt or fish)
