Postage Information -
Standard postage will be Yodel 48, Royal Mail 48 with Delivery confirmation tracking or other Courier Tracked Service depending on size, weight, service availability.
Most parcels are currently sent with Yodel, Smaller or more valuable items with Royal Mail.
Whilst we generally list specifying Royal mail service, we do use a few different services depending on the size, weight and delivery location, we reserve the option to use a tracked service with a different courier or parcelforce - All shipping services used include tracking.
Whilst the services we use can vary, in reality though we dispatch every day Monday-Friday and the vast majority of items arrive within 2-3 working days of your order.
Most items we list also includes the option for you to pay a small extra charge to have the item sent by Courier / Royal Mail 24 service (1-2 day service standard)
Free collection is always available by prior appointment from Wednesbury (approx 1 mile Jct 9 M6, close to Ikea)
Notes -
Photographs - We may use stock/generic photos where an item is brand new with no known issues, we prefer not to but time constraints have made this essential I'm afraid.
If we feel it necessary or advantageous we will take actual photographs of the item we are selling to show it's condition e.g. to show packaging damage or collectables where condition is important etc. Where photos of the actual item are included these form part of our details and description, so please check them carefully.
If you ever need any further photos please message us and we will try our best for you.
Our products come from a range of sources and can include liquidation stock, lost in transit or uncollected items, or unwanted customer returns. As such the outer packaging may be damaged or opened or may have the remains of shipping labels etc.
We inspect every item as best we can and always list as honestly as possible, detailing any damage or marks etc that we know of or can see.
If we feel it necessary, we may open a product to check the contents and this will be detailed in the listing or shown in the photographs.
However, despite our best efforts, if you have a problem with any item, please do message us through eBay so we may rectify the problem with you.
