Vintage Nippon Seiki rev counter with dark blue face colour, uses but tested and in perfect working order with nice bright face, complete with amber and green warning light lenses and chrome mounting base, I don't know what Japanese motorcycle this was originally fitted to but the rear of the instrument is stamped S48 and the red line segment is between 8 and 9 thousand RPM.
