Crossed arrow mark with number 6876 (?). Some listings show this as Limoges, Kalk or Japan.

Not sure where it was made but it is beautiful and in good condition with no chips or cracks. Very pretty with gold outlines around the flowers.

Has a piece of tape on the bottom saying the dish was received from cousins.
