Studio Monitor Speaker System
The Studio Monitor Speaker System O 92 has been newly developed in cooperation with the German Institute for Broadcasting Technology (IRT) according to specifications of the German Broadcasting Networks (ARD).
Its compact size and high standards of acoustic qualities allow its use in large monitor rooms as well as in small audition rooms.
The O 92 has been constructed to deliver as neutral a sound as possible in order to present a precision tool for studio productions. Consequently we deliberately abstained from allowing the listener to influence the frequency response at will according to his personal taste.
Depending on either one of four typical positions of the speaker system within a listening room it is possible however to select one of four equalizing printed circuit modules to compensate for a linear overall frequency response.
These plug in modules though should only be used for their strictly defined purpose in order to preserve the neutral reproduction qualities of the speaker system.
