Yamaha YFZ450R lower frame rail gussets.

Lower frame rail gusset and steering stop gusset to help support the weak points in the 2009-current fuel injected Yamaha Yfz450r lower frame rail. These are laser cut weld on gussets. 1/8 inch pre-bent to fit frame. 1/4” steering stop gusset. Made in the USA.

Directions:

-prep the lower frame rail (sand, wire wheel paint off)

-fit gusset and clamp into place.

-tack weld gusset.

-plug weld holes and weld all the way around gusset.

-clean and prep for paint or powder coat.
