Vintage 1930s Purple Silk Velvet Dress with a blue and red Parrot Bird Lamé Brocade panel down the front.  The brocade looks French.  Very intricate and unusual.  Long sleeve with a slit along the back.  Hooks along the shoulders.  With an interior paper label with handwriting but it is too faint to decipher.  

A few missing hook closures and small breaks along shoulders -- very slight just where missing closures are.    Some slight discoloration in a few places.  See photos.
