This is a very old game in which the spectator tries to follow the pea under a shell, but he is always fooled as the Magician or Scammer has full control over the pea throughout the performance.
This con is surprisingly still to this day fooling people out of their hard earned cash on the seafront of Benidorm and prob a few other places around the world.
