Please always inspect your packages upon delivery. If you receive an empty or a damaged package you SHOULD NOT SIGN FOR IT. If it is signed for the courier will not  admit liability. Please check packages and if they are empty, short or damaged refuse to sign and contact us and we will begin the parcel claim procedure with you. If the parcel has been tampered with then open it and check the contents in front of the delivery driver then only sign if you are happy with both contents and condition. Once a parcel has been signed for claims will not be permitted.

Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas (listed below). We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders.
