The Grado Prestige 3 Red Replacement Stylus is perfectly designed to fit the Grado Prestige 3 Red MM Phono Cartridge.  This is a direct replacement when your stylus needs replacing, which is better than replacing the whole cartridge. In general, Grado cartridges last many hours until you need to replace the stylus. An sign of wear is a "duller" sound.

To exchange your stylus simply remove your current stylus by carefully pulling it away from the cartridge and replace it with the replacement.

We ship all our orders from depot in the heart of Birmingham.
We provide FREE next day delivery on all of our UK orders, so long as you complete your order before 2pm (Monday - Thursday, Excluding Bank holidays).  Orders placed on a Friday morning will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

  • For our UK orders we use DPD Couriers (Next Day Delivery) who provide a personal tracking numbers with a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. For smaller UK orders we use Royal Mail (1st Class).
  • For our international orders we employ eBays Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Which is highly recommended for its costs and efficiency. All the international orders are sent to a GSP depot here in the UK, before onward international shipping. You will get emails updating you on the progress of your order throughout the delivery process

We do not allow local pick-up for eBay orders, but if this is necessary please contact us prior to making your purchase and we can make arrangements for you.

For combined shipping you will need to add the items to your basket before paying for them, and then we will send them out together. For international orders eBay GSP calculates the shipping cost, which normally charges extra for additional items based on weight.

We endeavour to ensure that 100% of our customers are completely satisfied and receive an excellent shopping experience; if for whatever reason you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us before opening any case(s).

  • We will always aim to do the best to resolve any issues
  • We will only pay the return delivery costs if the item was delivered wrong or it is faulty out of the box.
  • Any valid purchase made from us that carries a warranty, is ONLY valid in the UK. Therefore, if you have any problem that is covered by your warranty, you will have to return the item to us in the UK, at your cost.

For Returns:

  • The returns process must be started within 30 days of your initial order.
  • We ask all items that are returned to us be wrapped in outer material (brown paper, plastic, clear wrap, black wrap or anything similar) complete with their original packaging.
  • Any items that are damaged or have parts and accessories missing will be subject to a re-stocking fee or in some cases even rejected.
  • Please ensure you contact us before returning the item to obtain a returns reference.
  • You must also ensure you include your name, eBay ID, and the reason for the return; it will speed up the refund process.
  • All of the refunds are processed with the same payment method as the original purchase.
