The present volume - not listed by Weinreb - contains designs for chimney pieces, mantels and side-walls, mostly in the Renaissance and Louis XIII-XIV-XV-XVI designs, but also containing one design in 'Style Grec' and another in 'Louis XVI Anglais (Genre Adam)'.

Hitchcock 957 (listing one copy only, at Connecticut College), and a further 4 copies listed on WorldCat/OCLC, all in North America.

[Weinreb, The Arts Applied (1975), lists only two French titles by Prignot, both published in Liege in the 1880s, one containing 'a large collection of furniture designs, mostly in French renaissance and Louis XIV-XV-XVI styles, but including examples of 'genre Gothique anglais', and the other title containing 'chairs and sofas in all styles from Louis XII to Louis XVI'. The designs were evidently 'a source of precedents for the reproduction furniture trade'. The same can be presumed for the present work.
