The Breeze CONSTANT-TORQUE® is a breakthrough in clamping technology. A belleville spring mechanism permits the CONSTANT-TORQUE® clamp to automatically increase or decrease its own diameter due to changes in operational or environmental temperatures.
This unique design eliminates “cold flow” leaks. Both the Aero-Seal and Heavy Duty construction CT clamps have an extended inner liner which protects all types of hoses from damage and helps to maintain consistent sealing pressure.
1 3/4" - 2 5/8" diameter, 5/8" constant-tension worm-drive hose clamps, SAE 262 size. Made from stainless steel and rust resistant 3/8" slotted hex head carbon steel screw. As fluids run through your hose, thermal expansion and contraction will occur. These hose clamps will adjust right along with it, keeping the same tension on your hose. An integral smooth inner liner also covers up the fastening slots that can cut into soft hoses. There are no bumps under the housing to jeopardize the concentricity of the seal and no laminated coverings to disintegrate under heat, ultraviolet, or corrosive attacks.
