Ceylon Tea 

 

The first tea plant of Sri Lanka (Camellia sinensis) was planted in 1824 at Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, Kandy. Commercial tea plantations started in Loolecondera Estate in Kandy in 1867. Since then, “Ceylon Tea” has become one of the most delicate tea icons in the world due to its Aroma, Taste and Quality. All the tea producing and exporting companies in Sri Lanka are legally bound to maintain the iconic taste and quality of Ceylon Tea. Sri Lanka is the 4th largest tea exporter in the world.

·       100% Pure Ceylon single origin black Tea

 

How to Brew

1. Recommended to use Spring Water

2. Water temperature 70˚C – 80˚C

3. 1 Tea Bag per person

4. Add 220ml of water per person

5. Brew for 2 Minutes.  

Serve with: Dilmah Natural Green Tea is Best Taken Straight. Can be accompaniment with Brie Cheese
