Tested with AC and Batteries and powers up, FM Radio works well and other tuning and adjustments seem to be working but I do not have an external antenna to test fully. The only problem that I can see is the battery indicator/tuning gauge is stuck on full and does not move. Sold as-is for parts or repair. No returns.
