Each booster box is factory sealed and contains 36 booster packs. The box you purchase can vary in condition and we make NO guarantees on the specific condition of the box, the shrink wrap, etc. YOU WILL OF COURSE RECEIVED A FACTORY SEALED BOOSTER BOX. Pokemon has been inconsistent with the outer seals on booster boxes as well as the conditions of the boxes as they come out of the cases. Please make note of this before purchasing. We do not intentionally sell damaged product, but sometimes there are defects that arise from the Pokemon factory production, shipping, etc. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted.
