Selling a vintage Dia-compe 980 complete Cantilever brake system , fully functional and in full working order with no missing parts . As shown in pictures. Very nice clean near mint condition. See pictures and descriptions for condition

Just removed these from a fully functional bike the other day . I have added pictures of the brake system before removed, so you can see what it looks like installed

Brake levers are in near mint condition, no rust or oxidation showing anywhere, original barrel adjusters in excellent condition too. Comes with very rare rubber lever covers in excellent condition, just one fastener piece slightly damaged as shown in pictures. One brake lever has small scratches in black paint surface as shown in pictures. Otherwise in near mint condition

Brake calipers are very clean and in near mint condition, no rust or oxidation showing anywhere. Complete with no missing parts . Appears to be all original Diacompe parts with exception of brake pads . Brake pads are like new showing little to no wear at all, so I’m assuming they may not be original . Overall in an excellent used condition
