USB 3.0 Compatible & "Overspeed Function
The new "Overspeed Function" enables up to 16x writing speed to 6x-speed media, and when combined with a USB 3.0-compatible interface, writing speeds of up to 16x to single-layer BD-Rs are possible. The "Overspeed Function" is equipped with an "Overspeed Function".

Even when the recommended media is used and the operating environment is met, the drive may not perform at its maximum performance depending on the media quality and environment.

LED color indicates connection status
The LED lights up "blue" for USB 3.0 connections and "yellow-green" for USB 2.0 connections, allowing you to check the connection status at a glance. The Power indicator lights up brightly when media is loaded, allowing you to check the presence or absence of media without having to open the tray.

Glossy body designed with attention to detail
The glossy, high-grade body can be placed vertically or horizontally, so it can be easily installed anywhere you like.

PC power on/off function to prevent forgetting to turn off the power
The "PC power on/off" function turns the power of the drive on and off in conjunction with the power on/off of the PC. This function automatically saves power even when the PC is not in use.

Supports BDXL and M-DISC writing and reading

BDXL can store 100GB of large data
Large files such as RAW data from a digital camera can be stored.

BDXL playback on a PC
Programs recorded on BDXL with a recorder can be played back on a PC.

Long-term storage media "M-DISC (DVD)" compatible
The recorder is compatible with M-DISC, an optical media for archiving developed by Millenniata Corporation of the United States. It is less susceptible to high temperature, high humidity, and sunlight, and has a longer lifespan than ordinary optical discs, making it possible to store precious memories and important records for hundreds of years (*1). Written M-DISC can be read by almost all BD and DVD drives as well as this product.
