How to use Eye Pencil to create a dolly eye

Step 1 : Use the brown color to draw under the bulging part of the lower eyelid from the inner corner to the inner corner. to create shadows under the eyes. Then use your fingers or a paintbrush to smooth it out.

Step 2 : Use a lighter color under the eyelid, by dragging from the inner corner of the eye, applying it above the previously drawn brown line to make the undereye appear raised, brighter. Then blend it with your finger.
