This item is new and still sealed in the original box, but it was stored in a barn, so the box shows dirt and wear. The cooler itself appears to be a bit dirty due to stuff getting in through the handle/hole in the box, but I would assume that this could be easily cleaned off. Just know that I have not opened the box.
