This phone is fully functional but is being Sold AS IS For Parts or Repair, because the touchscreen is not responding properly to touch inputs on the lower portion of the screen. To clarify, sometimes the touchscreen works fine without any issues at all, other times it may display latent responses, or it may be unresponsive. I recommend using this phone for parts. If you plan on repairing it, I recommend getting a screen replacement. This phone is carrier unlocked and can be used on any network. Cosmetically it is in great condition, with normal signs of usage. It has always been kept in a case since it was purchased.
