This item is very delicate so please handle with care.
All acrylic shapes are cut using 3mm depth and the acrylic will come with the protective film on both sides (except the mirror, film on one side only) to prevent scratching during transit, which will need to be removed before use.
The acrylic is food safe.

Standard Service - Please allow 3 working days to dispatch as these items are made to order, plus additional delivery time (this may be 1-2 days).
All acrylic cake toppers and charms are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class (UK Only) I can't be held responsible for delays in the delivery service, so please allow plenty of time when ordering.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund an item that has been lost in the post if you choose the standard postage option. If you need the item urgently then please use the Express delivery option and leave me a note with the date the item is required by and Ill do my best to make and send ASAP, this isn't always possible so please do contact directly if you are in need of an urgent order.

If your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately with a picture of the item within the original packaging showing the damage, within 1 working day of delivery, to make a claim for a replacement.
