SUPERB VINTAGE MONKEYS OF MELBOURNE GLASS
Presenting a fabulous vintage frosted drink glass featuring the cartoon character "Tweety" from the Warner Bros cartoon. This piece was designed by Monkeys of Melbourne in 1997.
This rare smaller-sized glass features an angelic looking Tweety complete with halo. Tweety casts a large dark black shadow revealing the innocent looking characters devil's pitchfork. Vibrant yellow script lettering to the reverse side spells out the characters name.
The design is rendered in a classic cartoon style in solid tones of vibrant yellow, orange, blue, black and white. The humorous design appears atop a wide panel of rich blue.
The lettering "TM & © 1997 Warner Bros Monkeys of Melbourne P/L" along the side of the glass.
SIZE: This glass stands approx 130mms tall and measures 75mms in diameter at the top rim, a slightly smaller size than the more common high ball Monkey's glass.
CONDITION: This glass is presented in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The pattern remains lovely and vibrant with no losses or wear. This glass has been very well cared for and presents beautifully.
