Important Information Regarding This and All Transactions Involving SELLRSTUFF2U

It should be stated that we, as sellers, have the right to end a listing, as a listing might be for sale locally.  Please be advised, this is not common practice and only happens in rare instances.

QUESTIONS
We check eMail on a regular basis; therefore, if you have questions, eMail them before you bid, as all eBay transactions are a contractual agreement.  

DESCRIPTIONS
We are honest people with high integrity and we accurately represent our items as precisely as possible.  If any apparent damage or flaws are noticed, they will be clearly stated in the listing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds/returns.  All items sold as is.  Please keep in mind if you are bidding on an antique/vintage item it should be expected that items of this nature will show some signs of wear, due to use, age, etc.
Please note:  My opinion of excellent, very good, good, fair, poor, etc. may differ from yours; therefore, I encourage you to eMail prior to bidding if you have specific questions.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
Contact must be made within ONE day of auction end date, while payment must be received within TWO days of auction end date.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
Depending on the package weight and destination, all overseas shipments are sent via Priority, unless requested otherwise - prior to the auction ending. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Method:  Normally, we will ship your item(s) within 24 hours of receiving payment, via the United States Post Office (USPS).   Remember to include your mailing address and item number with your payment.

Insurance - up to $50.00 is provided, via USPS.  If the buyer chooses more; the buyer should request this prior to paying for the item.

Timing:  Please keep in mind that we cannot control the USPS or any carrier and are not responsible for service transit time provided by the delivery service.  Also, remember that weekends, holidays, peak season and destinations may effect shipment times.

Additional Services:  If you want additional services, such as express shipping, insurance or tracking (if not included/stated in the listing of the item you are bidding) - you must indicate this at the time of purchase, as the bidder is responsible for shipping and/or additional costs associated with shipping.

Lost and/or Damaged Items:  We are not liable for lost and/or damaged items, which are not insured and/or have delivery confirmation.   All items are carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival.  Damage due to carrier handling must be addressed through the service providing transportation for your item.

(If Insurance is listed as "optional" and you do not choose to purchase it - any damage will be at buyer's risk.  We package everything better than we need to in order to ensure safe travels.  We are not responsible for USPS or any other carrier's damaged property).

Combined Shipping:  We offer combined shipping when multiple items are purchased.  Please contact on an individual basis for more information.

United States Residents of Alaska and Hawaii and International:  Please eMail me prior to bidding for shipping costs and questions relating to shipping, if need be.

RETURN POLICY

Failure to comply with our terms will result in the item being relisted or offered to the next highest bidder; in addition to having appropriate feedback left for this transaction.
