LAMBDAWAVE is a Polish manufacturer of lasers for science and industry, offering high-quality products built from the scratch in Poland.
Unlike other vendors who rely on imported solutions, LAMBDAWAVE engages in the full production cycle. With complete control over design, manufacturing, as well as electronics assembly and CNC machining on site, the company ensures not only the highest quality, but also full laser expertise.
Detail accuracy of 0.01mm is one of LAMBDAWAVE's hallmarks. A team of experts works on every detail, ensuring that each laser meets the highest standards of precision.
LAMBDAWAVE offers products at prices comparable to the competition, but the key difference is Polish production with quality incomparable to Far Eastern alternatives. Unlike the competition, LAMBDAWAVE does not focus only on import profit, but on providing customers with lasers that are not only effective, but also robust and precise.
The LWPRO green 20mW industrial line laser is ideal for material positioning or cutting line marking on industrial machines, such as sawmills, wood saws or stone cutting machines. The use of a line laser significantly increases working comfort and reduces material loss.
Thanks to its IP67 rating and stainless steel housing, the laser can easily operate in dusty or splashy environments, including, in particular, on machines where the material to be processed is cooled by water or other coolants.

We are the only Polish manufacturer of line lasers - the rest of the products offered on Allegro, without exception, are Chinese!
We do not import laser modules from China. The power supply systems, control software, housings and optics mounts used in our LWPRO lasers are 100% our own design. As a result, we are able to meet the highest demands of our customers, and by manufacturing our lasers in Poland, we are 100% confident in the highest quality of our lasers.
We have almost a thousand satisfied customers. We export our lasers to more than a dozen countries around the world.
Pictured: LAMBDAWAVE LWPRO laser modules ready for final assembly - housings, power supplies, optics and laser diodes.
Because we are a manufacturer, we can easily adapt our product to specific customer requirements. Changing the output power, using different optics or replacing the power connector is possible even with a single order. Producing the laser in a different housing or modifying the power supply is also possible, although it makes economic sense for larger orders.
Laser radiation can be very dangerous to the human eye. Never look into the beam directly or through optical instruments. Take special care when using the laser module indoors, especially watch out for reflective surfaces. Never point the laser beam towards people, animals, vehicles or aircraft.
The laser module on sale is an electronic component intended for incorporation into final equipment and as such is not subject to IEC 60825-1. The equipment into which the laser module will be integrated or into which it will be integrated must be tested for safety and must comply with the requirements described in IEC 60825-1. The laser module on sale belongs to safety class 3B according to IEC 60825-1, however, once the laser is correctly mounted on the machine ensuring a safe distance from the machine operator, the device with the laser integrated will be classified as a class 2M laser device.

Laser power directly affects the brightness of the line. Higher power - brighter line.
Thewavelength (colour) of the light affects the brightness of the line, as the human eye has different sensitivity to different colours. The highest sensitivity is around green, lower sensitivity around red (638nm, 658nm) and very low sensitivity around violet (405nm). For example - a 520nm 10mW green laser has similar brightness to a 638nm 20-30mW red laser and similar brightness to a 658nm 50-100mW red laser.
Thelength of the line affects the brightness of the line, as the longer the line, the lower the brightness per unit area for the same laser power. The longer the line, the lower the line brightness, which has to be compensated by increasing the laser power. The line length depends on the placement of the laser on the machine. The further away from the material being processed, the longer the line.
Thethickness of the line affects the brightness of the line in the same way as the line length. The thicker the line, the poorer its visibility. LWPRO lasers generate a line thickness of 2-3mm as standard at working distances of up to 10m. In special applications where the distance to the material is short - up to 2m - and fixed, we can set, at the module production stage, a smaller line thickness. At a working distance of 1m, a line thickness of less than 1mm is possible.
The colour of the material being processed can make a difference if it is intense. For example - if only blue material is being processed, it will make sense to use a blue laser, even though a green laser of the same power is theoretically much brighter. Why? The material is blue in colour because it reflects blue light and absorbs the rest of the colours.
Ambient lighting conditions have a huge impact on the visibility of the laser line. It is one thing to work in a standard office or hall environment (300-500 lux illumination), another to work outdoors in a shaded area or on a well-lit workstation indoors (1000-2000 lux), and yet another to work in full sunlight (30000-100000 lux). The brighter the working environment, the more laser power is needed to make the line clearly visible.
If you want to compare the brightness of two lasers, for example to see how the wavelength (colour) affects the brightness at the same power, there is such a calculator on our website:
https://docs.lambdawave.eu/tools/relative_brightness_calculator.html
If you know the lighting conditions (illuminance in lux) prevailing where you want to place the laser, you can directly calculate the line contrast. A reasonably well visible line starts with a contrast (in the calculator - Weber contrast) of 1:1. A well visible line requires a contrast of 3:1-5:1. A line visibility calculator can be found with us at:
https://docs.lambdawave.eu/tools/line_visibility_calculator.html
