Vintage circa 00's. Has been hanging in my kitchen all these years and is in great condition. To the right of the hanging hole is a little variation in the surface paint (I think it has a white wash under paint that is showing through from having the surface lightly rubbed. I don't see an indent here). Fun unique item!
