Payment

1. We will accept payment.

2. All products will be shipped to your ORDER address. Please check your address when you place an order.

3. If you have any problem with your address, please contact to us as soon as possible to correct it before shipment.

Delivery details

1. Our orders usually be shipped within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) after cleared payments

2. We send our most products via e-packet/ UPS/Fedex/DHL and other air mail.

3. Please be kindly note that there will be custom duty or tax for certain items in some countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the clearance.

Return and Warranty

1. We will provide 3 years warranty ( factory defect). And you may return all products within 30days of delivery for replacement or refund if you're unsatisfied with them.

2. All return items must be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in original packaging with whole integrity.

3. We provide the pre-label for our customer who has received the broken/ defective/ wrong item. But please be kindly note that the customer has to pay for the returning shipping fee unless a mistake is made by us.

4. For the returned products, we will arrange a new replacement or issue a refund after we have received your package and inspected it.
