You have the option of getting the bare-bones — but enough to shoot with — camera at the $9400 price point and sourcing the accessories elsewhere or doing a package deal with me for what I have listed below.

The manual rotary shutter works perfectly, as does the ND wheel. Sensor is clean. Not a single thing not up to spec on this unit. Obviously serious buyers are welcome to come check it out in advance, shoot test footage, whatever.

No need to list here what makes the F65 such a killer camera. Google or your own knowledge will fill in those gaps. But recording true 16bit Linear RAW with a mechanical shutter (or electronic if you wish) will give you mind-blowing footage!
